{"id":2510,"date":"2019-03-25T14:44:00","date_gmt":"2019-03-25T14:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/daphnia.ecology.uga.edu\/drakelab\/?p=2510"},"modified":"2023-10-13T18:32:22","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T18:32:22","slug":"2019-coronavirus-tracker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/daphnia.ecology.uga.edu\/drakelab\/?p=2510","title":{"rendered":"2019 Coronavirus Tracker"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On January 24, 2020, the&nbsp;The Center for the Ecology of Infectious Diseases&nbsp;at the University of Georgia formed the&nbsp;<strong>Coronavirus Working Group<\/strong>,\n a group of about 20 scientists with data science expertise in data \nmanipulation and interpretation, visualization, GIS, machine learning, \ncomputational statistics, and dynamical modeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Working Group\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/2019-coronavirus-tracker.com\/index.html\"><strong>2019 Coronavirus Tracker<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;provides data-driven, information rich situation awareness about the rapidly changing conditions of the current outbreak of&nbsp;<strong>COVID-19<\/strong>.
