He earned his Ph.D. in Natural&nbsp;Sciences (Mathematical modeling and community&nbsp;ecology)&nbsp;at&nbsp;the University of Oldenburg, Germany in 2022. His past research focused on understanding the important mechanisms driving species coexistence, community composition, biodiversity patterns on spatial environmental gradients, and plant-animal-human interactions.
